Shipping within the USA:
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders. All orders are shipped with insurance.
International Shipping:

International orders (shipped outside the United States) can take up to 24 business days for delivery. Be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via email when the order ships) for delivery status. Not all international orders will have tracking outside the United States, we apologize for any inconvenience.
We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.
If you are not able to select your country in the shipping field at checkout, this means that we unfortunately do not offer shipping to that country at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
International Shipping Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Orders shipping to destinations outside of the United States might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States, United Kingdom, or EU countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Metal Maven has no control over these charges, nor can Metal Maven predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Note:
Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Israel, Nicaragua, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
International Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses:
We regret that we cannot deliver to international post office boxes. A street address is required for international delivery. By accepting these terms & conditions, you agree that you are not providing a Post Office Box address for your shipment. In the event that your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an international PO Box address, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.
International Shipping Costs:
International shipping charges vary by the products order and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Back Orders:
Items not currently in stock will be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested. Backorders receive priority when restocking shipments arrive. Backordered items will be indicated on the invoice. We reserve the right to ship any backorders in the manner which we choose (i.e. postal, etc.) based on a variety of variables.
Damaged Shipments:
If a shipment is damaged, opened, or tampered with in transit, YOU must contact the carrier immediately and file a claim. Retain all cartons and packaging materials until after an inspection of the damaged shipment has been made.
Defective/Shortages/Missing Items:
If your order has any shortages or defective items, you must contact Metal Maven within seven (7) days of receipt of the package. Metal Maven will assume all orders are correct after that period of time if the customer has not made contact.
Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise. Please check the sizes and gauges carefully when order, as we do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise.
Warranties:
Except as represented in this agreement, all work product by Metal Maven is provided “AS IS”. Other as provided in this agreement, Metal Maven makes no other warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and warrant of fitness for a particular purpose.
Special Orders:
All special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged on all orders within the state of Texas, unless we have the appropriate tax exempt information on file.
Product Usage:
Products sold by Metal Maven are for use by professional tradespeople only, and not for use in the household. Those not knowledgeable with the use of electrical, high temperature, grinding, and high-speed equipment or hazardous materials should not purchase such items since misuse can be dangerous to health and property.
Miscellaneous:
Metal Maven is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at anytime based on fluctuation in market conditions or product pricing errors.
